My shipment from Michaels-NEVER WILL I ORDER AGAIN ...

just got a shipment from Michaels and was not too pleased at all with the way they shipped it at all!!! They had just threw everything in a box and put that balloon packaging stuff over it so there for some of the delicate items were damaged in the shipment!!! I have some wooden items that should have been wrapped better since there was a Martha Stewart stamp set that was pretty heavy & had slid all over in the box causing damage to one of the wooden letters!!! I had thought these letters were much bigger than the palm of my hand but they were not so now I have to use them with a wreath or frame.. I had wanted them to be large enough to use by them self but that is another problem not the shipping... Also ordered many of the wooden birdhouses & they sent one damaged!!! There was not a piece of it in the box so they did not even check to make sure that it was not damaged before sending it out to me!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS SHIPMENT!!! i WON'T BE ORDERING AGAIN FROM THEM!!! I will go to the store and buy what I need for now on but never order!!!
